Warm up oil on hot plate stirrer to 140-150 F.

Add Terpenes and homogenize on stirrer for 3-5 minutes. Give the ingredients ample time to mix thoroughly.

Temp oil with temperature gun, make sure it is not too hot. If it is too hot take the oil off the stirrer and let it cool down to 140F.

Fill up the syringe with a measured amount of oil.

Insert a 14g blunt tip needle in between the airway and the outer wall of the disposable/cartridge. With the disposable/cartridge held upright, press the syringe plunger to fill the reservoir with the measured amount of oil (1ml or 2ml).

*Do not overfill or allow oil to enter the airway

Immediately after filling, place the reservoir cap on the disposable entirely. Failing to do so right after filling can result in leakage. It must be capped with the oil still warm. This procedure creates a vacuum and will seal the disposable indefinitely. It also helps PRIME the hardware which minimizes empty pulls when hardware is first used.

Disposables are recommended to sit for 18-24 hrs prior to using. Cartridges should sit for at least 12 hours.
